It showed that interpersonal communication hav enormal relationship with teacher's collaboration, and (3) Relationship togetherly between interpersonal commitment and communication with teacher's collaboration sceneasbigas 0.728. In other words, the relationship between the irorganization and capability 100% have not metyet requisite of being professionally teacher and to create the collaboration sphere which it should be. 本研究旨在探讨班达亚齐市Jaya Baru街道公立小学教师合作中,教师共同承担人际任务与沟通的贡献。班达亚齐市Jaya Baru街道社区共有26名小学教师被调查。本研究结果表明:(1)承诺(X1)与Y之间存在显著相关,相关值为0.635。(2)人际沟通(X2)与Y的相关显著,相关值为0.535。(3)人际承诺、沟通与教师协作情境的共同关系为0.728。换句话说,无组织和能力之间的关系100%没有达到专业教师的要求,也没有创造出应有的协作领域。此外,他们的合作还没有完成,因此未来需要更多的合作,以便为班达亚齐市Meuraxa街道的小学提供更好的质量。
