At this age, children are undergoing very rapid growth and development for later life. This research aims to introduce the concept of numbers to children through the media of number trees which were specially created by researchers as teaching materials. This type of research is classroom action research which is carried out in 2 cycles and 1 meeting in each cycle. Each cycle includes the stages of planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this research were 23 children in group B3. The results of the research show that there is an increase in children's ability to recognize numbers. In cycle I, there were 10 children who received the Developing According to Expectations (BSH) criteria in the aspect of saying the number symbols 1-10. Furthermore, in cycle II, there were 12 children who reached the criteria of Developing According to Expectations (BSH) in the aspect of using number symbols to count and Very Well Developing (BSB) in the aspect of matching numbers with number symbols.
