For that reason, LED floodlights, which achieve higher light flux and longer service life than those of the conventional HID floodlights with about half the power consumption, are introduced. LED floodlights are equipped with high-heat-dissipation and high-output LED modules for high light flux, and their improved maintainability that is realized by the initial illuminance correction function and long service life provides energy savings. In addition, they are capable of instant lighting and relighting, which were not possible with HID equipment, so that they can cover a wider range of applications. Furthermore, a lighting control system has been employed for the capability to control various lighting patterns such as 1,000 lx and 500 lx.
