The principal gives directions to teachers and staff to participate in creating quality innovations in each component, and finally, 5) In terms of learning quality, the principal and teachers create learning innovations called \"Pola Asuh 28 \"and\" Pusaka Pelajar\". Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the quality management at SDN Percobaan 3 PAKEM Sleman Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results are 1.
