This research aims to enhance the pedagogical competence and professionalism of elementary school teachers to accelerate the digitalization era of the education field through the use of STEAM approach. This research used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) method. This research was conducted in Elementary Schools in Surakarta in Gugus Gajah Mada Kecamatan Laweyan which consisted of 8 elementary school partners with a total of 97 teachers. The samples used in this research were the home teachers of 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade amount of 16 teachers. The instruments used in this research stand from 20 performance assessment questions that can measure the teachers' pedagogical competence to accelerate the digitalization era in the education field, and 50 questions to measure teachers' professionalism competence related to the digitalization era in education. The result of this research shows that the implementation of STEAM in the learning process in elementary school can enhance the pedagogical competence of teachers teaching competence. and teachers professionalism to accelerate the digitalization era in the education field. STEAM approach makes the students more creative in problem-solving.
