The samples used in this research were the home teachers of 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th-grade amount of 16 teachers. The instruments used in this research stand from 20 performance assessment questions that can measure the teachers' pedagogical competence to accelerate the digitalization era in the education field, and 50 questions to measure teachers' professionalism competence related to the digitalization era in education. The result of this research shows that the implementation of STEAM in the learning process in elementary school can enhance the pedagogical competence of teachers teaching competence. and teachers professionalism to accelerate the digitalization era in the education field. STEAM approach makes the students more creative in problem-solving. Abstract

A learning process using STEAM approach is one of the breakthroughs for Indonesian education in order to develop competence in encouraging students to think comprehensively with problem-solving patterns. This research aims to enhance the pedagogical competence and professionalism of elementary school teachers to accelerate the digitalization era of the education field through the use of STEAM approach. 使用STEAM方法的学习过程是印度尼西亚教育的突破之一,旨在培养学生用解决问题的模式进行全面思考的能力。本研究旨在透过运用STEAM方法,提升小学教师的教学能力与专业素养,以加速教育领域的数位化时代。本研究采用课堂行动研究(CAR)方法。本研究在古古斯加迦玛达克玛坦罗威扬市苏拉卡塔的小学进行,共有8所小学合作伙伴,共97名教师。本研究的样本为二、三、四、五年级的家庭教师共16名。本研究使用的工具包括20个绩效评估问题,用于衡量教师加速教育领域数字化时代的教学能力;50个绩效评估问题用于衡量教师与教育数字化时代相关的专业能力。本研究结果表明,在小学学习过程中实施STEAM可以提高教师的教学能力。而教师职业化则加速了数字化时代教育领域的发展。STEAM方法使学生在解决问题方面更具创造性。为了加快教育数字化时代,印尼需要从早期开始实施科技教育。
