Abstract
A modern industry for mass production demand the automation is become key for high production with less human cost. Product sorting process one of most important area needs to be a fully automatic process with less human errors for sorting products. In this research we building a color sensor based on image processing to identifying color object then using PLC to sort these products with higher accuracy and automatically running process.
