The description of the computational-mathematical model in the ETAP (Electrical Transient Analyzer Program) program is given. With the help of the given model, the standards GOST 28249-93 and IEC 60909 were compared in order to assess their qualities in terms of solving the problem, the difference as a result of the calculation. Abstract
