Abstract

Wavelet transform is used in this paper to filter spectral data which is breakdown induced by laser. The principle of spectral data which is de-noised by wavelet transform is described. The data was collected by Omni-λ300 grating spectrometer of Zhuolihanguang, DB5 wavelet for spectral signal de-noising was used on Matlab7.0 and obtained a better effect, then the spectrum qualitative and quantitative analysis was established foundation.
