The paper has made the analysis on the Deposit poor Credit under the anticipation of the Central Bank raising the rates. To control the sharply increasing prices, the Central Bank has taken the measure of raising the interest rates and it has made the deposit rate and loan rate of the commercial bank up correspondingly. Firstly, through the model of systematic dynamic of the Central Bank raising the rates, the paper has analyzed the SyntheSim for the effect of the Central Bank raising the rates to the deposit rate and loan rate of the commercial bank. Secondly, the paper has analyzed whether the system of the Deposit poor credit for the commercial bank chaos or not, and pointed out that the Central Bank raising the rates has been rational and reasonable. Finally, the paper has put forwards the measures which the bank should take to deal with the problem of the decreasing of the Deposit poor Credit.

This paper systematically analyzes the causes and the mechanism of missing data, and research the processing method of missing data based on the support vector machine. And the results show that the prediction based on support vector machine method is more desirable than neural network, wavelet network model. And this method can promote and apply in the prediction of missing data to a certain extend.

This paper proposes a new routing protocol, namely Optimal Routing in Multi-sink Sensor Networks based on Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation (ORFCE). The protocol applies fuzzy comprehensive evaluation with selecting optimal routing in multi-sink sensor networks by considering three factors, the least residual energy in path, the least average link quality in path, and hop counts from sensor to sink. ORFCE is a multi-path, hierarchical, active and on-demand mixed, and QoS-guaranteed distributed routing protocol. By means of simulating in OMNeT++, the application of the ORFCE protocol will prolong the network lifetime enormously, enhance the packet delivery ratio greatly, and reduce the number of control messages largely.

The photo-generated carriers decay behavior of microcrystalline and nanocrystalline β-SiC films grown by helicon wave plasma-enhanced chemical vapor deposition process is measured by microwave absorption technique. The decay of the photo-generated carriers concentration includes a fast and a slow component. The measured transient decay curve of microwave absorption signal can be fitted fairly with a sum of two exponential decay functions, which indicates that the decay process is governed by two different traps. The results show that the transient decay behavior of the films is closely related with their micro-structrue. The nonradiative recombination which gives priority to the photo-generated carriers decay process involves multiple energy transition processes. A relationship between the time constant and the energy location has been obtained.

In order to effectively improve the heat utilization of solar energy, by the convection heat transfer field synergy theory, this paper studies a solar wall air heating system, analysis the flow velocity field and temperature field of the solar wall channel, and calculation the variation rules of temperature gradient direction within the channel and air flow velocity (speed ratio) with the field synergy angle and convection contribution. It is given: the temperature gradient direction leading to the different role of changes of air flow velocity with collector walls heat transfer, when the temperature gradient direction upward tilt (θ> 0°), the convection contribution increase with flow rate increase, and the greater of ¸, the more obvious of the effect; there is the optimal direction angle ¸ for every air flow speed ratio to make the largest convection contribution, from that, this study provides the useful ideas for the optimization design of the solar wall collector plate structure from.

The change of landslide deep displacement due to excavation, reinforcement or rainfall is regarded as a time series. Predicting landslide deformation is a typical nonlinear optimization problem. This paper presents an improved genetic evolutionary algorithm with two step search to determine the model structure and parameters, it is applied to recognize the coefficients and orders of nonlinear polynomials model given by displacement time series analysis. On the basis of a practical engineering, results indicates that the predicted displacement is in good accordance with the monitoring data, the improved intelligent method is found to be reasonable and prospective.

Error control coding is a vital means to improve reliability of information communication. Among the various types of error correcting codes, FEC is outstanding in real-time transmission because of its unique property of not asking transmitter for additional data. It has big potential in application. FECs also have many types, including block codes, convolutional codes and other sub codes. This paper contains brief explanation of all FEC codes, comparison among each other and their applications in both Internet and Wireless communications.

Increasing in the competivieness of the manufacturing industry, manufacturers have to improve productivity. Data mining is one tool that is widely applied. In injection-mold manufacturing industry, 3-phase electrical usage from CNC milling machine can be used for machinemonitoring. To reduce human error, we applied data mining technique toelectrical usage patterns for identifyingcurrent process running in CNC machines. In this paper, classifiers are created by applying 1)Naive Bayes 2) Bayes Net 3) Neural Network 4) KStar 5) Decision Table and 6) J48(C4.5) to electrical data. Later ensemble methods such as 1) AdaBoostM1, 2) Bagging, 3) Stacking, and 4) Vote are applied to each classier to create more robust models. The models are trained and tested with 10-fold cross validation. Ourpreliminary result shows that bagging ensemble of J48 classifier with no discretization in the preprocessing step gives the best AUC = 0.946.

Aiming at the complex nonlinear system, a PID self-adaptive control method based on the DE algorithm is stated in the paper. Based on on-line optimization of PID controller parameters by the DE algorithm, the desirable control effect is obtained. An application of this method to the control of the continuous Stirred Tank Reactor (CSTR) system which is a complex nonlinear system is studied. Simulation results show the validity of the method.

The rail car of fire robot, which is used for carrying the robot enter the rail tunnel, is a accessory with a bed type structure. In this paper, a mode analysis model of the rail car has been founded based on finite element analysis (FEA), and the vibration modes and corresponding natural frequencies have been obtained from the simulation. The impaction caused by the rail joint has simply as a periodic excitation, and the frequency of the excitation has calculated due to the contain speed. Compared the simulation results, the theoretically resonance frequency band has been avoided. And the tow points, which have the min sum of the displacements in each mode, were chosen as the best location of cable suspension positions, and the points bring the minimize deformation and vibration excitation to the rail car.
