Abstract

Road accidents are prone to kill one person every four minutes in India. Handling high fog conditions and obstacles in high-speed driving, especially at night is an extremely difficult task and needs at most attention and alertness from the driver. In these challenging situations, a smart driving assistant that provides a defogged output with obstacle detection comes handy. The system developed defogs the road visual during foggy conditions in order to assist the driver in a better manner.
