Abstract

This study was proposed to investigate the effect of service quality, brand image, and electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) on customer satisfaction. ThIs study was using quantitative design which had causal characteristic. 本研究旨在探讨服务品质、品牌形象及电子口碑对顾客满意的影响。本研究采用具有因果特征的定量设计。本研究的研究对象来自2019冠状病毒病大流行期间巴厘岛的Grab Food客户,研究对象为服务质量、电子口碑(W-WOM)、品牌形象和客户满意度。采用问卷调查法和文献记录法收集数据,采用多元线性回归分析。结果表明:(1)服务质量、品牌形象和电子口碑对Grab Food顾客满意度有显著的正向影响;(2)服务质量对顾客满意度有显著的正向影响;(3)品牌形象对顾客满意度有显著的正向影响。(4) 2019冠状病毒病大流行期间,电子口碑(E-WOM)对巴厘岛Grab Food客户满意度有显著的正向影响。
