The research design used is a causal quantitative, research design using path analysis and the calculation operation uses the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS) 16.0 for Windows program. This research was conducted at Sea Breeze Lovina by taking the entire population of 32 employees and the objects were placement, compensation, and employee performance.
