The effectiveness evaluation of military armored equipment is the quantitative or qualitative statements of effectiveness by means of a scientific evaluation in single effectiveness, system effectiveness, as well as operational effectiveness. The evaluation model in hierarchy-grey theory is an effective, comprehensive evaluation method. It puts forward a set of evaluation criteria systems that can calculate a reasonable object weight, making full use of expertise. This model combines quantitative study with qualitative analysis, to evaluate an object scientifically. Effectiveness evaluation has been widely used in the military.
