Abstract

This study intends to reveal the Implementation of Madrasah Principal Management in Improving Teacher Performance at MAN Asahan. This is motivated by the findings which show that teacher performance is still far from expectations. the research method used is qualitative with data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation techniques. “实施伊斯兰学校校长管理以提高教师绩效”
