TOPICAL ISSUES OF ENSURING THE FINANCIAL SECURITY OF THE POPULATION AT THE INTERSTATE AND NATIONAL LEVEL

Abstract

This article explores the topical issue of increasing the level of financial security of the population, taking into account the aggravation of the geopolitical situation in the world. The question of the international (Group for the development of financial measures to combat money laundering) and the federal (Rosfinmonitoring) level of ensuring the financial security of the population was raised. Based on practical cases of an increase in cases of financial fraud in the Russian Federation associated with sanctions imposed against certain Russian banks, an increase in the key rate of the Central Bank, the suspension of payment cards,, the importance of improving the financial literacy of citizens at the state level as part of the Strategy to improve financial literacy in the Russian Federation is substantiated.
