Abstract

Paraná state’s food and agriculture industry has been growing over the years with an increasing representative participation at the national level. The objective of this study is to characterize the agribusiness export profile in the state of Paraná over a period of five years, presenting its values related to exports, imports, trade balance surplus while identifying the main products exported by the state, thereby determining the due importance of agribusiness toward the final agro-food value added in Paraná and Brazil.
