The author analyzes the characteristics of the political dialogue today, highlights the factors which hamper political dialogue, make it ineffective, and reveals the causes of destructive dialogue. And all these areas \"permeates\" intellectual-information component - cultural sphere dialogue. Abstract
The article is devoted to the essential characteristics of a political dialogue and its role in social communication and the development of a democratic society.
