The article is devoted to the analysis of clusters as a new unique factor in increasing the competitiveness of the modern economy. Various methods of studying the nature of clusters are considered in order to reveal their characteristics and determine the effects created. Highlight common and specific features of clusters. The main attention is paid to the presence of synergistic effects in the cluster, which is due to its unique structure. On the example of the three-spiral concept, the mechanism for creating innovations as a result of the interaction of key economic agents within the cluster is revealed. The work uses the method of analytical, logical, comparative analysis, theoretical modeling and other methods of scientific knowledge. Clusters are defined by the author. The article examines the problems of online distance learning at universities in Kyrgyzstan in the context of the pandemic coronavirus, indicates its features. Here is the example of the analysis of the students satisfaction of the International Faculty of Osh State University with online learning, the pros and cons of this format of learning are indicated. Questioning of 390 students showed a number of problems in the organization of online learning. As shown by analysis of responses, only 25% of respondents answered that they were satisfied with online learning. At the same time, 75% of students expressed dissatisfaction with this form of learning and named a number of disadvantages. All of these problems raise questions about whether online learning is not a threat to the learning youth, whether it gives the level of knowledge, skills and abilities required by state educational standards and real practice? Particular attention in the article is paid to the mechanisms of solving the problems of online learning in order to use its unique opportunities in the development of education. In the article, the authors analyzed the place and role of women in ancient Chinese culture. The article deals with the issues of the position of women in the ancient Chinese sources «Women’s Quaternary», «Conversations and Reasonings for Women» and «Instructions for Women» by Nu Tse. Also, the authors of the most important sources of knowledge for women Liu Shi, Su Ruo-hsin, Xu and Ban Zhao are considered. Special attention is paid to the position of a girl before marriage, a Chinese woman as a wife, the status of a woman as a mother, the status of a woman after marriage, the status of a concubine in the emperor’s palace and in rich houses; their role and place in the institution of family and marriage and in society as a whole. The Analects of Confucius occupy an important place in the traditional education of Chinese women. From content to form, it was strongly influenced by Buddhism, and has a strong Buddhist connotation. As a result, it not only contributed to the expansion and practicality of the thought of women’s education, but also made women’s education in Confucian women’s morality widely popularized in the middle and lower classes of Chinese society during the Tang Dynasty and later.

Prevention of deviant behavior of minors is a set of measures aimed at its prevention. And also, the prevention of deviant behavior of adolescents is based on taking into account the main patterns of this process, the nature of the social environment, the psychological and pedagogical characteristics of adolescence, individual characteristics, capabilities, needs, interests, of each teenager, his worldview, abilities, state of family education. In the abstract of the article, it is determined that when working with children with deviant behavior, it is first necessary to understand this, and it is necessary to influence the psychological and pedagogical system in order to work effectively with them in prevention. This article discusses the etymology of the name of the village "Uu-Aryk", located on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic. At present, after a series of political events, these issues are becoming relevant and affect the interests of the two peoples. The controversy unfolded around the Varukh enclave, which is historically the territory of Kyrgyzstan. In the Tajik Republic, the Varukh enclave is considered their land, Tajik scientists interpret the term in their own interests, which causes a contradiction between the two states. The article substantiates the word "Uu-Aryk" as belonging to the Turkic languages, namely the Kyrgyz language. As a result of the study, it turned out that the name of the place “Uu-Aryk”, its history and meaning, the name belongs to the Kyrgyz language, namely the southwestern dialect of the Kyrgyz language.

The phonetic situations of common root verbs with two voices (VC and CV) in Kyrgyz and Turkish were examined. For the common root verbs discussed, first of all, two-voice common root verbs in Kyrgyz and Turkish were scanned. Then, it was checked whether there were verbs by comparing them with DLT (Дивану лугати’т-түрк). There is not only Kyrg.: ık- Turk.: ıh- in DLT. In the study, the consonant and vocal features of common root verbs are mentioned. Those that do not have any phonetic features are given under a separate heading on the basis of DLT only comparatively. The precise boundaries of the study were taken into account. Then, some determinations were made about the phonetic features of common root verbs in both languages. In order to determine the status of the related words, "Kâşgarlı Mahmud Dîvânu Lugâti't-Türk (2014)", "Kyrgyz Language Dictionary I-II (2011) and "Turkish Dictionary (2011)" were taken as basis.
