DEVELOPMENT AND FUNCTIONS OF INTERNET TERMINOLOGY: ABBREVIATION AND NOMINATION

Abstract

The foundation for the ongoing enrichment of linguistic vocabulary is laid by the quick advancement of technology, production, globalization, and integrating in the world. It should be underlined that the research of Internet words between Uzbek as well as English, the production of dictionaries to a certain extent, editing, all benefit from the appropriate use of the enormous expertise amassed in the field of linguistics. The language used on the Internet has its own nuances. The assumption that the phenomena of metaphorical use of phrases is valid and is brought about by the study of terminology. These following are the list of Internet term specifics: 1) open Internet concepts; 2) lack of association between species and variants; 3) emotional components which complicate it; 4) genetic bonds and active role with common vocabulary; 5) adopting of appropriations; 6) rapid vocabulary enrichment. The way that Internet terms are perceived is changing, which has an immediate influence on the number of names which are related to some of those terms.
