Abstract

Perfect matching problem is a difticult problem in combinatorial and Optimization, which has general values in engineering practice, such as the distribution of people and the optimum mapping. Based on the basic ideas of the sticker models, through a special link mode between PNA (peptide nucleic acid), a new type of biological material, and DNA molecule, the molecule algorithm for matching problem is discussed in this paper.
