The analysis of the European experience of intellectual property bodies is a necessary foundation for the Ukrainian mechanism in the context of the implementation of positive aspects and integration into the European environment. Research methods were used: systematization, comparative method, generalization; analysis and synthesis of ideas developed. On the basis of the conducted analysis, taking into account the study of positive European experience, recommendations were developed for possible implementation into national legislation in the researched area.
