Abstract

This paper examines the issues and methods of developing soft skills in university students. The author provides an analytical review of research in this area, comparing and highlighting the most effective methods of formation of the studied skills. One such method is educational games; the author shares examples of using a game called “Memo” in teaching a course on pedagogy, making conclusions about the effectiveness of such games in developing soft skills.
