Abstract

In recent years, the number of private enterprises in China has rapidly increased, and their proportion in the total number of Chinese enterprises is also increasing. Private enterprises play a very important role in China's economic development. With the increase of scale, private enterprises are increasingly attaching importance to employee management. The new generation of knowledge-based employees has become the main force of Chinese private enterprise employees, and the stability of the new generation of knowledge-based employees directly affects the sustainable development of the enterprise.
