There is a significant influence of organizational culture partially on service quality with tcount (11.512) > ttable (1.682). There is a significant influence of motivation on service quality with tcount (9.181) > ttable (1.682). There is a significant effect of work discipline partially on service quality with tcount (7.016) > ttable (1.682).
