Abstract

The boom of K-Pop, especially among teenagers, has its own value for businesses that "smell" Korea. What is needed is mobilization and orchestration strategy. The mindset now is no longer conquering but creating collaboration. This study discusses strategies used by Korean culinary hawker business owners. The research method used is qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques using in-depth interviews and documentation.
