A total of 485 responses collected from school teachers in Singapore were used for data analysis. Results indicated that work-to-leisure conflict negatively influenced work satisfaction and positively influenced turnover intention, while leisure-to-work conflict had a negative effect on task performance only. Work satisfaction was found to be negatively associated with turnover intention but positively associated with task performance. Abstract
