Using a qualitative document analysis methodology, it was found that the reviewed works are based on the guidelines proposed by international organizations regarding the use of technology in innovative pedagogical processes. Abstract
The objective of this article is to present an analysis of research and studies from the decade between 2012 and 2021 on education policies for the integration of information and communication technologies (ICT) in the Mexican national education system. Using a qualitative document analysis methodology, it was found that the reviewed works are based on the guidelines proposed by international organizations regarding the use of technology in innovative pedagogical processes.
