Abstract
Application of the Nutrition Care Process (NCP) is a fundamental concept for students preparing to become registered dietitian nutritionists (RDNs). Adequate practice, within pedagogical methods designed to mimic actual dietetics practice scenarios as realistically as possible, is necessary to increase student NCP skill proficiency and confidence.
