Abstract

In order to more accurately analyze the problem of time delay simulation and calculation in the time-sensitive network (TSN) of vehicular Ethernet, a TSN reservation class data delay analysis model improved based on the State–Action–Reward–State–Action (SARSA) reinforcement learning algorithm is proposed. 为了更准确地分析车载以太网时敏网络(TSN)中的时延模拟计算问题,提出了基于状态-行动-奖励-状态-行动(SARSA)强化学习算法改进的TSN预约类数据时延分析模型。首先建立了TSN数据队列转发时延模型和预约类数据时延分析智能体模型,然后利用SARSA强化学习算法改进了TSN流量调度机制,针对网络中流量调度的不确定性建立了改进后的TSN网络预约类数据分析模型;最后通过仿真和实验验证了所提方法的拟合性能。结果表明,在不同BE负载下,二者的偏差小于5%,即建立的预约类数据延迟分析模型能够正确拟合车载TSN网络的调度机制,证明了模型模拟的合理性。
