Pupuk kandang sapi memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap fisik dan kimiawi tanah, mendorong kehidupan (perkembangan) jasad renik.. Tujuan penelitian adalah mendapatkan waktu aplikasi Trichoderma sp dan dosis pupuk kandang pada tanaman terung ungu, interaksi antara cendawan Trichoderma sp dan dosis pupuk kandang yang manakah yang memberikan pertumbuhan dan produksi terbaik pada tanaman terung ungu. Metode penelitian ini disusun berdasarkan rancangan petak terpisah (RPT), dengan 12 kombinasi perlakuan, masing-masing perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 ulangan sehigga terdapat 36 unit percobaan. Petak utama adalah dosis pupuk kandang sapi (p), terdiri dari 3 taraf yaitu, p1 (dosis pupuk kandang sapi 500 g/ polybag), p2 (dosis pupuk kandang sapi 750 g/ polybag), p3 (dosis pupuk kandang sapi 1000 g/ polybag). Anak petak adalah waktu aplikasi Trichoderma sp (a), terdiri dari 4 waktu aplikasi yaitu, t0 (tanpa trichoderma sp), t1 (1 minggu sebelum tanam), t2 (pada waktu tanam), t3 (1 minggu setelah tanam). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa waktu aplikasi Trichoderma sp tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman terung ungu, pemberian dosis pupuk kandang sapi 1000g/polybag, memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan pada diameter, dan bobot buah/tanaman terung ungu. Interaksi antara dosis pupuk kandang sapi 500g/polybag dengan waktu aplikasi Trichoderma sp 1 minggu sebelum tanam memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap bobot tajuk, bobot akar dan panjang buah tanaman terung ungu. \n \nKata kunci : Terung ungu, Trichoderma sp, pupuk kandang, waktu aplikasi. \n \nABSTRACT \n Trichoderma sp is one of the fungi that apart from being a biological controller also has the ability as biofertilation that supports the growth and production of horticultural and food crops. This research method was prepared based on a split plot design (SPD), with 12 treatment combinations, each treatment repeated 3 times so that there were 36 experimental units. The main plot is the dose of cow manure (p), consisting of 3 levels, namely, p1 (cow manure dose 500 g/polybag), p2 (cow manure dose 750 g/polybag), p3 (cow manure dose 1000 g/ polybag). The subplot is the application time of Trichoderma sp (a), consisting of 4 application times, namely, t0 (without Trichoderma sp), t1 (1 week before planting), t2 (at planting time), t3 (1 week after planting). The results showed that the application time of Trichoderma sp had no significant effect on the growth and production of purple eggplant plants, giving a dose of 1000g/polybag cow manure had a significant effect on the diameter and weight of purple eggplant fruit/plants.
