本研究旨在分析薪酬和培训对新加坡发展银行有限公司业务流程外包(BPO)员工绩效的作用。本研究使用原始数据,研究数据来自对新加坡发展银行有限公司业务流程外包(BPO)员工的问卷调查。研究数据使用 SPSS 26 版本进行处理。研究对象为新加坡发展银行的 BPO 雇员,受访者多达 40 人,抽样方法为饱和抽样,因此受访者多达 40 人。研究结果表明,薪酬对员工绩效的影响很大,而培训对员工绩效的影响不大,R 2 的确定系数为 0.381,表明薪酬和培训这两个自变量在解释因变量(即员工绩效)方面的作用很大,占 38.1%,而其余 62.9%则受研究中未涉及的因素影响,因此建议下一步研究增加其他自变量,如:动机、能力等。还建议改善薪酬,以提高员工绩效 , 关键词: 薪酬 , 培训 , 员工薪酬 , 培训 , 员工绩效
