The interviews continued until theoretical saturation was ensured. In this study, saturation happened with 12 experts (university professors in the field of insurance and senior managers of insurance companies, beneficiaries and policy holders). The results showed that based on the research findings, it can be seen that the first level includes practical factors, knowledge management, infrastructure, behavioral factors, the second level includes managerial factors, and the third level includes technology perception. Abstract

This research sought to study and examine the model of acceptance and use of insurance technologies using the ISM-DEMATEL method.
