Abstract

The paper discusses the development of EduCoach, an online tutoring platform aimed at supporting B40 university students in Malaysia, who come from families with monthly incomes below RM 4,850. EduCoach connects these students with qualified tutors for personalized, one-on-one academic assistance, aiming to enhance academic outcomes and student satisfaction.
