Research methods: general scientific – analysis, comparison, systematization, generalization of scientific and methodical literature, pedagogical testing; methods of mathematical statistics. 50 students of the specialty 017 \"Physical culture and sports\" of the National University of Physical Education and Sports of Ukraine took part in the testing. Research results and key conclusions. The modern view on formation of readiness of students' for professional activity in the course of practice according to the profile of the future profession. The structure of the coach’s readiness for future professional activity as a set of motivational, creative and reflective components is substantiated. Emphasis is placed on the fact that from today’s standpoint it is important to develop new approaches to the content and organization of industrial practice, which stimulate student activity to master professionally oriented knowledge, skills and abilities. Abstract

Team Actuality. 团队实际。在培养未来体育教练员的过程中,按照未来职业的要求进行实践不仅在传授理论信息方面,而且在传授实践能力和技能方面都发挥着特殊作用。研究目的--证实学生在根据未来职业特征进行实践的过程中形成职业准备要素的理论基础。研究方法:一般科学--科学和方法文献的分析、比较、系统化、概括,教学测试;数理统计方法。乌克兰国立体育运动大学 017 "体育运动 "专业的 50 名学生参加了测试。研究成果和主要结论。现代观点认为,在实践过程中应根据未来职业的特点培养学生的职业活动准备能力。证实了教练员为未来职业活动做好准备的结构是由一系列动机、创造性和反思性成分组成的。重点强调的是,从当今的角度来看,必须为行业实践的内容和组织开发新的方法,以激发学生掌握专业导向的知识、技能和能力的活动。研究表明,有必要对生产实践的形式、内容(诊断、组织、交流和激励功能)和结构进行理论论证,这是培养未来教练员为专业活动做好准备的必要条件。
