The relevance of the research topic. A wide arsenal of technical actions and a wide range of potential conflict situations that regularly occur in the course of martial arts determine the peculiarities of operations, actions and mechanisms for their improvement. The aim of the research was to analyse the indicators of the spatial-temporal structure of the technique of a kick with the left foot to the side from the left- handed stand performed by highly skilled sportsmen. Research methods: analysis of literature sources, video recording and biomechanical video computer analysis using the optoelectronic system "Qualisys", methods of mathematical statistics. Results. The movement of the biolinks of the athletes' body during the phase of preparing for the impact is from 0.03 m to 0.25 m. During the kicking phase, the values of the average velocities of the right ankle and right knee joints are 4.23 m·s-1 and 2.26 m·s -1 respectively. Conclusions. The execution of a blow is effective from the point of view of biomechanical analysis, and the indicators of the kinematic structure of movements during the execution of this blow can be used both as a reference sample of sports technique and for the development of model characteristics of movements based on them. The values of the average velocities of the shoulder, elbow, and carpal joints of the right hand during the walking phase are 0.50 m·s-1, 1.10 m·s-1, and 0.95 m·s-1, respectively. The average speed of the shoulder joint of the left hand is 0.69 m·s-1, the left elbow joint - 0.97 m·s-1, and the left carpal joint - 2.03 m·s-1. Such high indicators of the average speeds of the hand joints during the walking phase indicate swinging movements to increase the force of the impact due to the use of inertial forces. The movement of the biolinks of the athletes' body during the walking phase ranges from 0.08 m to 0.63 m. The values of the indicators of the joints of the upper limbs during the two support phases when performing a left leg kick to the side from the left stance are: right shoulder joint - 0.65 m·s-1, left shoulder joint -0.52 m·s-1, right elbow joint – 2.73 m·s-1, left elbow joint – 1.71 m·s-1, right and left carpal joints – 1.84 m·s-1. In the two-support phase, the movement of the studied body points of the athletes is in the range from 0.08 m to 0.56 m. The values of the average velocities of the studied body points of the athletes during the contact phase when performing a left leg kick to the side from the left stance range from 0.23 m s- 1 to 2.53 m·s-1, and the displacement of the same points during this phase is from 0.02 m to 0.20 m

The relevance of the study is the challenges of the fitness industry in recent times. Having suffered significant losses due to quarantine restrictions and the continuation of military operations on the territory of Ukraine, priority directions for the development of fitness and recreation were determined. These vectors require interested organizations and heads of higher education institutions of physical culture and health profile to take into account the modern demand of the population for fitness and recreational services and to contribute to the development of a system of training relevant personnel. The purpose of this work is to study the state and modern requirements for the training of fitness and recreation specialists in higher education institutions. Methods: theoretical analysis of literary sources, questionnaires, pedagogical observations, methods of mathematical statistics. Results. According to the results of the study, regarding the determination of the professional training of masters of the Institute of Health Care, it was possible to state that only in 9.43 % of respondents found a basic level of fitness skills, 13.2 % of higher education graduates have a threshold level, and 77.37 % have not developed clear abilities for professional growth, which does not allow them to effectively carry out fitness and recreational activities. According to the results of a survey of fitness clubs administrations in Rivne and Vinnytsia, the categories of specialists that are most needed in the fitness industry today are determined:51 % are fitness trainers, 22 % – service sales manager, 21 % – marketers, 6 % are administrators. As a result, it was possible to establish that the respondents give preference to a specialist with an educational and qualification level when selecting personnel: specialist junior bachelor – 24 %, bachelor – 33 %, master’s degree – 36 %, 7 % believe that the level of education is not important. In addition, the majority of respondents give preference to specialists with up to 3 years of work experience – 16 %, from 3 to 5 years – 60 %, over 10 years – 24 %. Based on the analysis of the state of training of fitness and recreation specialists, we have proposed a technology for the formation of fitness and recreation competence in future specialists. The work is devoted to determining the peculiarities of applying muscle express relaxation technique in cases of ocular motor apparatus overload. Variants of endurance of the convergent- accommodative apparatus of the eye in the subjects were identified. A correlation between the results of relaxation exercises and the type of endurance of the ocular motor apparatus was established. Positive results of applying the proposed exercises with palming according to the method of M.S. Norbekov were observed in individuals with active and moderate types of ocular motor apparatus endurance. Unsatisfactory results of applying the proposed relaxation method in cases of ocular apparatus overload were determined in individuals with slow endurance of the convergent-accommodative apparatus. Conclusions: 1. Evaluation of the endurance of the convergent-accommodative apparatus of the eye is an informative indicator of the functional state of the visual organ. 2. Determining the endurance of the convergent-accommodative apparatus of the eye is advisable for assessing the effectiveness of exercises aimed at improving the functional ability of the visual organ. 3. Applying muscle express relaxation to alleviate 60-minute ocular apparatus overload with palming according to the method of M. Norbekov has a 50 per cent positive effect.4. The effectiveness of applying the proposed relaxation exercises depends on the level of endurance of the visual apparatus

The purpose of the study is to systematize and generalize scientific knowledge to identify modern diagnostic tools that are used in preventive and corrective measures for people with biomechanics disorders of the musculoskeletal system. Research methods: theoretical analysis, systematization, comparison, generalization of data of scientific and methodological and special literature, general scientific methods of the theoretical level: analogy, analysis, synthesis, abstraction, induction. Results. The diversity and variety of approaches to the interpretation of the concept of the body are manifested both at the level of ordinary, mass consciousness of the practices corresponding to it, and within the limits of specialized, professional types of activity, including at the level of specific scientific and philosophical knowledge. Phenomenology assumes a social topology according to which the body is a product of social construction. Bodywork techniques and practices are authentic to social forms of being, emerge from them and are generated by them, thereby ensuring their legitimation and reproduction. Body sex, posture and plasticity begin to play an important role for gender identification in adolescence and young adulthood. The works of modern researchers present a fairly complete overview and classification of various research approaches to the study of human physicality. Conclusions. According to the results of the conducted research, it was established: underlining the increased attention of specialists to technologies and methods of diagnosing disorders of the musculoskeletal system state of people of different ages, we note the need to refine certain aspects of this process; the existence of a contradiction is an objective necessity in strengthening the health of persons of various ages with violations in musculoskeletal system, improving the quality of life and the actual insufficient practice of using diagnostic tools and corrective and preventive measures in this process; the number of effective methodical developments that ensure effective correction of musculoskeletal system violations of people of different ages is very small which requires in-depth scientific development.

According to literary sources, osteochondrosis of the cervical and thoracic spine is one of the most common diseases. This disease affects 22% of the world's population and ranks first in the group of diseases of the musculoskeletal system. The main goal of restorative treatment of elderly patients with cervical and thoracic osteochondrosis is to reduce muscle spasticity, decrease the level of heart rate, arterial systolic and diastolic pressure, reduce pain, facilitate the performance of household tasks, etc. In the program of physical therapy, we included therapeutic physical culture, therapeutic massage, and physiotherapeutic means. Therefore, the purpose of the study was to study of the peculiarities of physical therapy in the rehabilitation process of elderly people with osteochondrosis. Research methods. 28 people (12 men and 16 women) with osteochondrosis of the cervical-thoracic spine took part in the study. The average age of the patients was 64.5 years. The pedagogical experiment was aimed at determining the effectiveness of the program of physical therapy developed by us for elderly people with osteochondrosis on indicators of mobility in the cervical spine, intensity of pain sensations. Results and conclusions. The results of the conducted research indicate the positive impact of classes in the complex program of physical therapy for the elderly with cervicothoracic osteochondrosis. Thus, after the completion of the formative study, we established an improvement in the functional state of the cervical spine in elderly persons with cervical-thoracic osteochondrosis. The average group value of the pain intensity index in patients at the end of the study corresponded to the assessment of «very mild pain», while at the beginning of the study it corresponded to the assessment of «pain above average».
