Perilaku bullying mengakibatkan dampak terhadap psikologis seorang remaja sangat membahayakan baik bagi si pelaku sendiri, bahkan terhadap korban. Dampak berbahaya dari bullying dapat mengancam kesehatan mental yang berujung pada kejadian bunuh diri. Metode kegiatan ini dolakukan dengan dua tahapan yakni skrining dan edukasi (SESI), yaitu identifikasi perilaku bullying serta meningkatan pengetahuan. Peserta kegiatan ini berjumlah 30 siswa/i SMPN Kota Pontianak. Adapun teknik yang digunakan untuk menyampaikan materi yaitu skrining menggunakan kuesioner Illunois Bully Scale (IBS), lalu pemberian pre test, ceramah/materi, diskusi serta post test. Selain itu juga memanfaatkan media audio visual dan buku saku. Bedasarkan Hasil pre-post test pengetahuan siswa mengenai perilaku bullying adalah 2.21 ± 0.13 sedangkan post-test adalah 4.97 ± 1.01. Terdapat perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan yang signifikan dengan nilai 0,001 yang dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemberian edukasi mengenai pencegahan bullying dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan. Pihak sekolah memagang peranan penting dalam pencegahan bullying yang terjadi disekolah, terutama peran guru selama di kelas meningkatkan rasa empati dan etika dalam berhubungan sosial sesama teman sebaya. Bullying behavior which has a psychological impact on a teenager is very dangerous for both the perpetrator himself and even the victim. The dangerous impact of bullying can threaten mental health, ending in suicide. This activity method is carried out in two stages, namely screening and education (SESI), namely spreading bullying behavior and increasing knowledge. The participants in this activity were 30 students from Pontianak City Middle School. The technique used to deliver the material is screening using the Illunois Bully Scale (IBS) questionnaire, then giving a pre-test, lecture/material, discussion and post-test. Apart from that, it also utilizes audio-visual media and pocket books. Based on the pre-post test results, students' knowledge regarding bullying behavior was 2.21 ± 0.13 while the post-test was 4.97 ± 1.01. There is a significant difference in knowledge levels with a value of 0.001 which can be concluded that providing education regarding bullying prevention can increase knowledge. The school plays an important role in preventing bullying that occurs at school, especially the role of teachers during class to increase feelings of empathy and ethics in social relations with peers. Abstract
ABSTRAK Anak usia sekolah yang memasuki fase remaja mengalami berbagai permasalahan karena masa ini dianggap sebagai masa peralihan, sehingga remaja berisko mengalami hambatan dalam perkembangan sosial dan perilaku seperti perilaku agresif dengan masalah bullying. 进入青春期的学龄儿童会遇到各种各样的问题,因为这一时期被视为过渡时期,所以青少年有可能在社会和行为发展方面遇到障碍,如带有欺凌问题的攻击性行为。欺凌行为会对青少年的心理产生影响,无论是对施暴者本人,还是对受害者来说,都是非常危险的。欺凌的有害影响会威胁到心理健康,导致自杀。这项活动的方法分两个阶段进行,即筛查和教育(SESI),即识别欺凌行为和增加知识。参加此次活动的共有30名来自哥打蓬蒂亚纳市妇女事务国立师范学院的学生。提供材料的方法是使用伊利诺伊州欺凌量表(IBS)问卷进行筛查,然后进行前测、讲座/材料、讨论和后测。此外,还利用了视听媒体和口袋书。根据前测和后测的结果,学生对欺凌行为的了解程度分别为 2.21 ± 0.13 和 4.97 ± 1.01。学校在预防校园欺凌方面发挥着重要作用,尤其是教师在课堂上的作用,可以增加同龄人之间社会关系的共鸣和道德。关键词欺凌 知识 青少年 ABSTRACT School-age children entering the teenage phase experience various problems because this period is considered a preservation period, so teenagers are at risk to experiencing obstacles in social and behavioural development such as aggressive behaviour and bullying problems.对青少年造成心理影响的欺凌行为对施暴者甚至受害者都非常危险。欺凌行为的危险影响可能会威胁到心理健康,最终导致自杀。这种活动方法分两个阶段进行,即筛查和教育(SESI),即传播欺凌行为和增加知识。本次活动的参与者是来自坤甸市中学的 30 名学生。提供材料的技术是使用伊利诺伊州欺凌量表(IBS)问卷进行筛查,然后进行前测、讲座/材料、讨论和后测。除此之外,还利用了视听媒体和口袋书。根据前测和后测的结果,学生对欺凌行为的了解程度为 2.21 ± 0.13,而后测为 4.97 ± 1.01,了解程度存在显著差异,差异值为 0.001,由此可以得出结论,开展预防欺凌教育可以提高学生对欺凌行为的了解程度。学校在预防校园欺凌方面发挥着重要作用,尤其是教师在课堂上的作用,可以增强学生的同理心和与同伴交往的道德感。关键词欺凌 知识 青少年
