Salah satu keunggulan dari prodi ini adalah Keperawatan Anestesi Klinis sebagai keahlian dan menghasilkan penata pada level ahli, untuk mencapai keunggulan tersebut dalam menunjang pembelajaran perlu adanya bimbingan klinik sebagai sarana mahasiswa belajar agar kompetensi unggulan bisa tercapai. Pembelajaran klinik harus dilakukan oleh pembimbing klinik atau perceptor yang memiliki kapasitas dan kompetensi yang baik. Kompetensi mengajar dan keterampilan seorang pembimbing klinik atau preceptor menjadi pilar penting dalam pendidikan keperawatan anestesiologi. Model Preceptorship akan memandu perencanaan dan pelaksanaan prodsedur preceptorship dimulai dari struktur, proses, dan hasil pembimbing, serta saran-saran untuk meningkatkan preceptorship oleh pemangku kepentingan yang berbeda untuk meningkatkan efektifitasnya dalam klinis pendidikan keperawatan anestesiologi. Materi pada pelatihan preseptorship model yakni kebijakan pelatihan preceptorship, konsep dasar pembelajaran klinik, metode asuhan keperawatan anestesi/kepenataan anestesi, preceptorship model, metode pembelajaran klinik, dan metode penilaian pendidikan klinik serta simulasi bimbingan teknis.Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh Preceptor klinik yakni Rumah sakit yang telah berkerjasama dengan Univesitas Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin, baik RS negeri maupun RS Swasta dan dosen dilingkungan Fakultas Keperawatan dan Kesehatan dalam peningkatan kompetensi preseptor penata anestesi pada pelatihan preseptorship model ini didapatkan hasil pengetahuan pretest pengetahuan tinggi sebanyak 19 orang (56%) dan postest pengetahuan tinggi 34 orang (100%) yang dijawab oleh peserta pelatihan. Hasil kegiatan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengetahuan peserta berada pada katagori tinggi dan peserta sangat antusias karena mendapatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam membimbing mahasiswa Kata Kunci: Pembelajaran Klinik, Peningkatan Kompetensi, Preseptorship Model ABSTRACT University of Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin, as one of the health education institutions in Indonesia and the first time in Kalimantan to organize an Anesthesiology Nursing Study Program Applied Bachelor Program. One of the advantages of this study program is Clinical Anesthesia Nursing as expertise and producing stylists at the expert level, to achieve these advantages in supporting learning, clinical guidance is needed as a means for students to learn so that superior competencies can be achieved. Clinical learning must be carried out by clinical supervisors or perceptors who have good capacity and competence. Teaching competence and skills of a clinical supervisor or preceptor are important pillars in anesthesiology nursing education. The Preceptorship Model will guide the planning and implementation of the preceptorship process starting from the structure, process, and results of the supervisor, as well as suggestions for improving preceptorship by different stakeholders to increase its effectiveness in clinical anesthesiology nursing education. The material in the preceptorship model training is preceptorship training policy, basic concepts of clinical learning, anesthesia nursing care / anesthesia structuring methods, preceptorship models, clinical learning methods, and clinical education assessment methods and technical guidance simulations. This training was attended by Preceptor clinics, namely hospitals that have collaborated with the University of Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin, both state and private hospitals and lecturers within the Faculty of Nursing and Health in increasing the competence of anesthesiologist receptors in this model of preceptor preceptor obtained the results of high knowledge pretest knowledge as many as 19 people (56%) and high knowledge postest 34 people (100%) answered by training participants. The result of the activity can be concluded that the participants knowledge was in the higt category and the participants werw very enthusiastic because they hained knowledge and skill in guiding students. Abstract

班加罗尔马辛穆罕默德大学(ABSTRAK Universitas Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin)是印尼最大的教育机构,也是加里曼丹最古老的教育机构。该项目中最重要的部分是麻醉学临床课程,该课程将在大学阶段开设,以提高学生的临床实践能力。临床医生和感知者可以通过他们的工作来提高自己的能力。临床麻醉师和感知师的能力和经验可以帮助他们在麻醉学专业的学习中取得成功。戒律模式可从戒律结构、戒律方法、戒律技巧以及戒律系统等方面,帮助麻醉科临床医生建立戒律,从而提高麻醉科临床治疗的效果。临床前培训模式的内容包括临床前培训、临床实践标准、麻醉学/麻醉学实践标准、临床前培训模式、临床实践标准和临床实践模拟标准。该项目由班加罗尔马辛穆罕默德大学(Univesitas Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin)的临床教授负责、在全国和斯瓦士塔省的注册护士和护士培训学院学习,以提高麻醉师在护士培训课程中的能力。在该模型中,19 名学生(56%)通过了前测,34 名学生(100%)通过了后测。该研究的主要目的是揭示,在定量检测中发现的颅内压增高与颅内压增高之间的关系,以及颅内压增高与颅内压增高之间的关系,从而提高对颅内压增高的认识:Pembelajaran Klinik, Peningkatan Kompetensi, Preseptorship Model ABSTRACT University of Muhammadiyah Banjarmasin, as one of the health education institutions in Indonesia and the first time in Kalimantan to organize an Anesthesiology Nursing Study Program Applied Bachelor Program.该学习计划的优势之一是可以帮助学生提高护理技能。该学习课程的优势之一是临床麻醉护理作为专业知识和培养专家级的造型师,为了实现这些优势以支持学习,需要临床指导作为学生学习的手段,从而实现卓越的能力。临床学习必须由具备良好能力和水平的临床指导者或感知者进行。临床导师或带教者的教学能力和技巧是麻醉科护理教育的重要支柱。戒治模式将从导师的结构、过程和结果入手,指导戒治过程的规划和实施,并提出不同利益相关者改进戒治的建议,以提高戒治在临床麻醉学护理教育中的有效性。戒护模式培训的内容包括戒护培训政策、临床学习的基本概念、麻醉护理/麻醉结构化方法、戒护模式、临床学习方法以及临床教育评估方法和技术指导模拟。参加此次培训的有戒律诊所,即与班贾尔马辛穆罕默迪亚大学合作的医院,包括国立医院和私立医院,以及护理与健康学院的讲师,目的是提高麻醉师受体在这种戒律模式下的能力,培训参与者回答的高知识前测知识多达 19 人(56%),高知识后测 34 人(100%)。从活动结果可以得出结论,参加者的知识水平属于较高的一类,参加者的热情很高,因为他们掌握了指导学生的知识和技能。关键词临床学习、能力提升、模式化带教
