A descriptive analytical approach combining quantitative and qualitative methods was used to analyze data collected through questionnaires distributed to a random sample of 93 students. The results showed a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of quality of educational services and student satisfaction, suggesting that improving service quality leads to higher satisfaction. Furthermore, the study found that these dimensions have a significant impact on students' overall satisfaction with the educational services provided. Based on these results, the study provides several important recommendations that highlight the need to pay attention to the quality of educational services provided at the university. This includes focusing on both weaknesses and strengths and repeating the measurement of service quality to ensure continuous improvement.
