Abstract

Objective: To investigate the effect of Danggui Buxue Decoction (DBD) on proliferation and expression of intercellular adhesion molecule-1 (ICAM-1) in human umbilical vein endothelial cells (HUVECs).

Methods: After treating HUVECs with various concentrations of DBD, we analyzed the proliferation phase of HUVECs and the expression of ICAM-1 using flow cytometry.
