Abstract
En este trabajo intento hacer algunos aportes al dialogo entre Maria Julia Bertomeu y Nuria Sanchez Madrid publicado en Con-Textos Kantianos en 2019. Me interesa establecer que la teoria kantiana de la propiedad es una teoria critica que no justifica los derechos de propiedad privada y las relaciones de propiedad existentes sino que sirve para senalar el caracter no absoluto de los derechos de propiedad privada y la necesidad normativa de modificar las relaciones de propiedad existentes.

The editorial team, which gathers Kant scholars from Argentina, Colombia, Chile, Mexico and Spain, will certainly ease the fulfillment of both purposes.
