The detection rate of vascular bundle sign and fine burr sign was higher than that of thin layer scan (χ2=5.351, 5.023, 5.777, all P 0.05). Abstract

Objective To explore the application value of 16-slice spiral CT multi-planar reconstruction(MPR), surface occlusion display and other image post-processing techniques in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer. Methods From April 2017 to April 2019, a total of 98 patients with peripheral lung cancer admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Hangzhou Normal University and the First People's Hospital of Jiashan County were selected.The detection rates of various signs of MPR, surface occlusion display and other image post-processing techniques in the diagnosis of peripheral lung cancer were analyzed and compared. 目的探讨16层螺旋CT多平面重建(MPR)、表面闭塞显示等图像后处理技术在周围型肺癌诊断中的应用价值。方法选择2017年4月至2019年4月杭州师范大学附属医院和嘉善县第一人民医院收治的周围型癌症患者98例。分析比较了MPR、表面闭塞显示等图像后处理技术在周围型肺癌诊断中的各种征象检出率。结果MPR对周围型肺癌的诊断,小叶征94.9%(93/98),血管束征85.7%(84/98);细毛刺和短毛刺93.9%(92/98),分叶征占90.8%(89/98),胸膜凹陷占74.5%(73/98)。结论16层螺旋CT MPR技术对周围型癌症各种体征的诊断具有较高的检出率,值得推广应用。关键词:体层摄影、螺旋计算机;肺肿瘤;图像处理,计算机辅助;多平面重建技术;表面遮挡显示
