The article has undertaken bibliometric and content analyses of all the significant research areas of last two decades using the Google Scholar search engine. The findings of this study recommend that healthcare hotels focus on variables like medical and non-medical infrastructure, customer satisfaction, service quality, physical convenience, etc. to earn a competitive edge. Abstract
