By analyzing the problems in the operation of medical consortia in secondary comprehensive hospitals, an effective management mechanism is constructed to achieve more efficient operation. Apply for increased policy support and linkage of medical insurance within the medical association; Utilizing modern information technology to enhance resource sharing in medical consortia; Strengthen the sharing mechanism and fully leverage the role of division of labor and collaboration; Strengthen the internal construction of the medical consortium.
