There were ten hypotheses tested, regarding the KM impact to People, Process, Product, and the Organizational Performance. The findings show that each hypothesis is proven with some notes. Abstract
The State-Owned Company called Indonesian Electronic Power Company that provides services to customers and the public in the electricity in Indonesia required to fulfill effective, efficient, timely, and economical public services.
