The empirical results show that, firstly, the spatial distribution of RMB offshore transactions is affected by objective factors such as bilateral trade volume, exchange rate fluctuation and GDP of international currency issuing country. Abstract
At present, the spatial distribution of RMB offshore trading is unbalanced. This paper mainly focuses on the status and characteristics of the spatial distribution of RMB offshore transactions, combined with the gravity model. This paper analyzes the factors affecting the spatial distribution of RMB offshore transactions. The empirical results show that, firstly, the spatial distribution of RMB offshore transactions is affected by objective factors such as bilateral trade volume, exchange rate fluctuation and GDP of international currency issuing country.
