Business in Jakarta, Indonesia also heavily influenced by the rapid and radical situational changes brought by this global event. Thus, main purpose of the following study designed to analyse the impact of market orientation, learning orientation and entrepreneurial orientation towards business performance of culinary business in Jakarta, Indonesia. Research method used in this study explanatory study, with associative approach and survey technique. A questionnaire to 80 business owners was conducted with multiple linear regression as the data analysis method. This research founds market orientation and learning orientation have a positive impact towards business performance while, entrepreneurial orientation has insignificant effect on business performance of Culinary Industry in Jakarta, Indonesia. From the market-level variables, the culinary business operators could evaluate and notice several factors such as the hearing the costumer's opinion, understanding the costumer's need, focus on costumer commitment, focus on satisfaction customer, focus ways to the costumer, keep at the competitor information.
