This paper investigates the understanding of BIM in the field of construction cost and the current development obstacles and makes a cross-analysis of the development obstacles of various industries. It is found that technology is the most important obstacle in technology, economy, society and other factors, and how to solve the problem of model standardization and accuracy is the most important part. In the cross research of technical problems and professions, we found that there are many deficiencies in the modeling function of current BIM software, and there are also some problems in the transformation of two-dimensional and three-dimensional data, which are considered as obstacles of the whole industry. Abstract

BIM is regarded as a new problem-solving method in the field of architecture construction. With the continuous development and progress of BIM, it also has a series of impacts on the field of project cost. In this paper, through literature research, expert interviews, questionnaires, data analysis, and other ways, the current front-line AEC (architecture, Engineering & Construction) practitioners were investigated. BIM造价在中国的发展障碍探讨
BIM被认为是建筑施工领域一种新的解决问题的方法。随着BIM的不断发展和进步,也对工程造价领域产生了一系列的影响。本文通过文献研究法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、数据分析法等方法,对当前一线建筑工程建设从业人员进行调查。本文调查了BIM在建筑造价领域的认识和目前的发展障碍,并对各行业的发展障碍进行了交叉分析。研究发现,在技术、经济、社会等因素中,技术是最主要的障碍,如何解决模型的标准化和准确性问题是其中最重要的部分。在技术问题与专业的交叉研究中,我们发现目前BIM软件的建模功能存在很多不足,在二维和三维数据的转换上也存在一些问题,这些都被认为是整个行业的障碍。本文的研究成果可以作为未来研究的实用参考,试图为BIM在我国建筑造价中的实施和发展提供技术和管理的解决方案。
