Abstract

A spectrophotometric method was developed for the simultaneous determination of pseudoephedrine HCl (PSE) and triprolidine HCl (TRI) in bulk and dosage forms. The method involved the determination of pseudoephedrine in the presence of triprolidine using two wavelengths (257 nm & 290 nm).
