To compile this thesis the author uses secondary data in the form of Operational Performance data in 2018. The data obtained is then processed by the author using the Quantitative Method and using T test formula. Abstract
Final assignment research activities are carried out during fieldwork activities at PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Tanjung Priok Branch.
