The results of the study of acute toxicity showed that spacering of the HDA+BTP complex reduces its toxicity by 1.4 times in comparison with characteristics of its precursor components. It was found that the test compound exhibits a dose-dependent hypotensive and vasorelaxating effect, sedative, anxiogenic and analgesic effects. Abstract
